1. Scope of the privacy notice

Kimpex Inc. (hereafter “Kimpex”) attaches great importance to the protection of personal information collected as part of its activities, including the information collected when viewing Kimpex Website (hereafter “its Site”) or when using its online services.

Kimpex keeps your personal information during the utilisation phase for which they were collected and in compliance with the applicable retention period. Kimpex is committed to reply to the various requests stated above within thirty (30) days of the date received.  Automated processing If Kimpex creates a decision-making process which is based exclusively on automated processing (without human intervention) of personal information (e.g., a process having a specific effect on a person and which is based solely on an algorithm), you will be informed that you are the object of such a process, of the decision rendered and of your right to provide your own observations regarding this decision. You can also, upon request, be informed of the following aspects:
  • Personal information used to reach this decision;
  • Reasons leading to this decision;
  • Your right to have them rectify the personal information used for this decision;
  • Access to a person with the authority to revise this decision if applicable.
